Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates start from the date of shipment. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders ship in accordance with the PACT Act.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your building's mail area. If it's still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
