Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
Humpin Hippies (operated by HH Brands LLC) is committed to your satisfaction. Because our products are consumable wellness gummies, we maintain specific policies to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products. This policy governs all purchases made at www.humpinhippies.com and complies with card network rules and payment processor requirements.
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our enhancement gummies, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, we stand behind our products and will make it right if something goes wrong.
Customers have 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery to submit a refund or replacement request. Requests received after 30 days will not be honored.
3. Eligible Refund & Replacement Reasons
We will issue a full refund or replacement for any of the following:
- Product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking
- Wrong product shipped (item does not match what was ordered)
- Order never received (confirmed lost by carrier — see Section 6)
- Product is defective (seal broken upon arrival, unusual odor, foreign material)
- Duplicate charge or billing error
4. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
We are unable to process refunds or returns in the following situations:
- Opened products returned without defect documentation
- Change of mind after the order is placed or shipped
- Customer entered an incorrect shipping address
- Order delayed by carrier outside of our control (weather, customs, etc.)
- Product consumed in full prior to contacting us
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us — Email humpinhippies@gmail.com or call (618) 225-1916 within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide Your Order Details — Include your order number, full name, and email used at checkout.
- Describe the Issue — Clearly explain the problem and, where applicable, attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Await Review — Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Resolution — Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacements will be shipped within 3–5 business days of approval.
6. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Wait 48 hours — packages are occasionally marked delivered early.
- Check with neighbors and your building's mail area.
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
- If still unresolved after 5 business days, contact us and we will file a carrier claim on your behalf.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
7. Refund Processing & Method
- All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds to credit/debit cards typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
- PayPal and Venmo refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different payment method than originally used.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay your resolution.
- Fraudulent chargebacks on orders that were delivered as described may be disputed with supporting documentation.
- We cooperate fully with all payment processor and card network dispute processes.
9. Subscription & Recurring Billing
If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring order program:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle via your account portal or by contacting us directly.
- Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of a scheduled charge may not stop that billing cycle.
- Refunds for subscription charges follow the same 30-day eligibility window and criteria outlined in this policy.
